Amalys is the trading name of a single-person company ("شركة الشخص الواحد") registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Licence No. 2026/10199 and Commercial Registration No. 548750. In these Terms, "Amalys", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company, and "you" refers to the user of the Site or our client, as the context requires.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt its normal operation, or use it in any way that breaches applicable Kuwaiti law, including Law No. 63 of 2015 on Combating Information Technology Crimes.

We may update, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Amalys name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Amalys and is protected under Law No. 22 of 2016 on Copyright and Related Rights and applicable trademark law. You may view and print Site content for your own non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

Ownership of deliverables we create for a client (such as code, designs and digital products) is governed by the individual written agreement for that engagement, and ordinarily transfers to the client upon full payment of the agreed fees.

The Site presents our services and indicative packages for information only; it does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and other terms of any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over the Site and these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding that engagement.

Prices shown on the Site are indicative and may change, and become binding only when confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

The Site and our services may rely on, or link to, third-party tools and platforms (for example, our messaging and email providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amalys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site, bearing the "Last updated" date above, is the version that applies. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
