We want every client to be happy with our work. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Project deposits
Projects typically begin with a deposit that reserves our time and covers initial discovery and design work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Milestone payments
Subsequent payments are tied to agreed milestones. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you cancel an engagement, you are responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused, pre-paid amount is refunded.
