Refund Policy

Our work is bespoke: each engagement, whether a fixed-price package or a custom project, is agreed in writing before it begins, including scope, deliverables, milestones and fees. Because the work is tailored to you and reserves our time, the terms below apply unless your individual agreement says otherwise.

Most engagements begin with a deposit that reserves our availability and covers initial discovery, planning and design work. Once that work has begun, the deposit is generally non-refundable, as it reflects time and effort already committed to your project.

For larger projects, the remaining fees are tied to agreed milestones. Payments for milestones that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable. Fixed-price packages are treated the same way: amounts attributable to work already delivered are non-refundable.

You may cancel an engagement at any time by notifying us in writing. You remain responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any committed third-party costs. Any pre-paid amount that relates to work not yet started or delivered will be refunded to you.

If we are unable to continue an engagement, we will let you know promptly and refund any pre-paid amount that relates to work we have not yet delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of the State of Kuwait, including Law No. 39 of 2014 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations, where they apply to you.
